Performing Artists are Invited to Join AND Arts Network
If you are a Performing Artist living in Ards and North Down, then we want to hear from you!
Expressions of interest are being invited from Performing Artists living and working in the borough to be considered for the AND Arts Network.
'Performing Artists' are deemed to be those artists who perform for an audience and include musicians, singers, actors, dancers, and performance artists, but can also include comedians, spoken word, puppeteers, choreography, stagecraft, circus and carnival.
We are seeking to build on the already thriving creative scene in Ards and North Down, so if you are a Performing Artist based in the area then we would love to hear from you.
About AND Arts Network
AND Arts Network is open to artists who are over 18 years (in any arts medium and at any career level from hobbyists to established, professionally practicing artists) who reside in Ards and North Down.
The current round of applications is for Performing Artists.
AND Arts Network is an information sharing network, with information and news circulated to members of this Network for creative opportunities provided by Ards and North Down Borough Council, as well as opportunities for learning and professional development within the creative sector.
From time to time, we may circulate information from other arts bodies on open calls and opportunities that may be of interest to the Network.
Ards and North Down Borough Council offer a comprehensive annual programme of arts activity and opportunities for participation to include, but are not limited to; facilitation of creative workshops and classes, provision of demonstrations and professional development and networking opportunities. There will also be an opportunity to apply for participation in the annual Festivals organised by the Arts Service of ANDBC.
