Applications Now Open for The John Hewitt Society Summer School Bursary

Applications are now open for an Ards and North Down Borough Council Bursary for a five-day residency at The John Hewitt Society Summer School 2022.

The Summer School will take place from 25 – 30 July at The Market Place Theatre and Arts Centre, Armagh.

A full bursary is worth £500 and includes:

B&B for five nights in a single ensuite room, within walking distance of the venue.
Free tickets to all programme events, unless otherwise specified.
A creative writing workshop of your choice, with - 6 hours tuition over 3 days.
An invitation to all Festival receptions.
Refreshments during the day.

The bursary is a must for all aspiring and established writers residing in the borough.

Applications close on Friday 20 May at 12noon.
