Ards and North Down Borough Council Arts Service are delighted to have received funding from the Arts Council for Northern Ireland to be able to run a programme of arts activities for older people in the borough.
This series of workshops will be offered to older peoples groups, residential homes and folds within the Ards and North Down Borough and will loosely address the theme of friendship, both through the medium of the art and also though the very act of participation in the creative activity.
We are looking for 16 groups to be part of this programme so if you or your group is interested in getting involved then please complete and return the Expression of Interest Form (download below).
For further information please contact Amy McKelvey on amy.mckelvey@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk or telephone Ards Arts Centre on 028 9181 0803.
This is a partnership between Ards and North Down Borough Council and County Down Rural Community Network and is supported by the Arts Council of Northern Irelands Arts and Older People programme.
