A solo exhibition by Tim Millen.

Tim Millen will present an exhibition of paintings exploring themes of ecology, mythology and place.

This recent work has emerged from a stew of myth, folklore, climate change reports, and the daily ritual of walking in Killynether Woods on Scrabo Hill.

Tim Millen is a Newtownards based artist. He holds an MA in Fine Art (2011, University of Ulster) and BA in Painting (1999, National College of Art & Design, Dublin). Selected recent group exhibitions include, Mythos, Catherine Hammond Gallery, Cork (2024); ‘New Exits’ at The MAC Belfast (2022-23); and the BEEP Painting Biennial, Elysium Gallery, Swansea (2020 & 2022).
