Tickets and Seating  

We are thrilled that we can bring you this outdoor theatre event in 2021. However it will be a little different this year but we hope that you will still enjoy the same wonderful theatre experience. The biggest difference will be when you book your tickets.  

• We are operating a bubble system. You will be able to buy a bubble that will hold up to a maximum of two, four or six people. Unfortunately we cannot change the size of the bubbles and the price per bubble is fixed. For example if you are a party of three, you can book a bubble of four or six people at the set price and either ask a friend/friends to be part of your bubble or have a lower number in the bubble. 

• Bubble locations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on the day of the event. If you book more than one bubble (for example on behalf of someone else), please be advised that your separate bubbles may not be located together.  

• When booking a bubble, you must include all individuals in your bubble, it is not possible to book additional tickets to add to your bubble, or bring more people than you have booked a bubble for.  

• Due to social distancing and safety requirements, you must stay in your bubble for the duration of the performance. You must not move between bubbles. 

• Previously we provided gazebo coverage from rain and sun but this year, due to social distancing requirements, this is not possible. Please dress for the weather, the show will go on - rain or shine!!  

• We will also not be providing seats. Your bubble area will accommodate the maximum number for that allocated spot – additional numbers cannot be accommodated. Please bring a blanket to sit on within the allocated space and you are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy.  

• Seats and umbrellas are discouraged as these will prevent your fellow audience members from being able to see and can impact the overall theatre experience for everyone.    

• The performance will take place unless the weather makes continuing the performance unsafe, it will go ahead in rain. Please dress accordingly.  

• Performances are suitable for ages 7 years and over.  

• You are welcome to bring a picnic, however please note that alcohol is not permitted. Coffee Cure Cafe will be open to purchase refreshments. 

Covid-19  

• We will be doing everything we can to protect our audience members, artists, volunteers and staff from Covid 19.  

• We will be reviewing the situation on a regular basis and responding to updates and new government information.  

• We are restricting audience numbers to allow for social distancing and may need to put additional safety measures in place at short notice. Please help us by complying with all our safety requests.  

• Please wear a mask while you are queuing to enter the event, while walking to your allocated bubble, and if you leave to visit the café or toilet. Also, when the event ends, please put on your mask to exit the garden.  

• You do not have to wear a mask during the event when sitting in your bubble.  

• However, it is imperative that if you have any symptoms of Covid19, have tested positive for Covid19, or have been in recent contact with anyone who has tested positive, you do not attend the event.  
   
  Please note that we will be constantly monitoring and reviewing these guidelines, and will adapt them if we feel it is necessary – or if we are required to do so by law.
