Join us on Good Friday at Ards Arts Centre for a morning of activity at our drop-in kids' workshop to help us fill our amazing Time Capsule to mark 100 years of Northern Ireland!

Artists Bernice Anderson and Shauna McGowan will be on-hand to help you create a collage, picture or print and writer Amy Wyatt  will assist with stories and poems, all inspired by your hopes and dreams for the next 100 Years.

A selection of the finished pieces will be placed in a stunning bespoke time capsule to be displayed in the Town Hall Arts Centre in Newtownards. The time capsule has been created by local sculptor Ned Jackson Smyth and will remain unopened for 100 years.

This drop-in creative workshop is free to attend and suitable for children aged 7-11years who must be accompanied by an adult. Feel free to stay for as little or as long as you want to. No booking necessary.
