Elemental Elegance

Ellen creates her work in a studio based on the edge of Strangford Lough. Each piece of work created consists of a wide variety of unique texture and print relief techniques, capturing the beautiful colours of nature in and around the Lough. 

This exhibition explores the power of nature by creating earth-toned ceramic sculpture, landscapes and seascapes. Stoneware clay is mostly used throughout Ellen’s work, but she also likes using porcelain and crank to enhance and capture the essence of nature.
