Come along to our pop-up, meat-free dining experience!  The talented students from SERC will prepare you a wonderful, environmentally friendly, four-course vegetarian meal. 

In between courses you can see what is being prepared for you next.  Your five a day have never been tastier!

Amuse 

 Nori poached tofu, black and red rice, pickled vegetables, crispy seaweed, and miso broth

 

Starter 

Roasted celeriac velouté, celeriac remoulade, celeriac chips and seaside sourdough 

 

Mains 

Sharing plates - each table will get a selection of 3 dishes to share family style 

 

  • Walled garden garlic and chilli polenta, harissa roasted cabbage, marmite poached carrot, puy lentil dressing 
  • Cauliflower shawarma taco, cashew cream, pickled red onions, sweetcorn relish 
  • Curried paneer, lentil dahl and potato 

 

Sweet 

Windfall apples with salted caramel mousse and a crunchy oat seed crumble
