Artist Talk and Arts Grant Information Session: Michael Geddis

Michael Geddis was a recipient of the Ards and North Down Borough Council Individual Artist Grant in 2023/24. This grant enabled him to have one-to-one training and mentoring sessions with SmythCast Foundry to develop his work from two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional bronze sculpture. The outcomes and selected artefacts from Michael’s research and development will be exhibited in the Sunburst Gallery, Ards Arts Centre, from 23 January – 15 February.

Come along to hear about the processes and insights gained from Michael’s experience, and see the works in progress that have resulted.
