Sculptural Ceramics for Beginners

You will then use these methods to create a sculpture of your own design in clay.  A variety of surface techniques, including texture and patterning, oxidising and glazing will be explored throughout the course.

Materials and kiln firing included. To prevent the communal sharing of tools at this time, participants will be given tools that only they will use for the duration of the term which must be cleaned before and after each use. These tools will be kept in a zip-lock bag, labelled with your name. 

No experience required. This class has been designed specifically for beginners, so if you have always wanted to try ceramics now is the perfect time!
