This course is for those wanting to develop their skills in creative writing, covering many forms of literature.

We will look at many forms of literature, from fiction, to memoir and poetry.

We will read published work and write our own, prompted by interesting exercises. To discover what makes good writing stand out, we will examine characterisation, setting and story structure.

Participants will be encouraged to develop their own unique literary voice and become confident in it.
